The X-Files: If you try to tell me that Mulder and Scully didn't get together until season 7, I will argue that you are dead wrong and ask if we watched the same show. They were devoted to each other from start to finish, they never broke up or did stupid shit that jeopardized their relationships, and they were just generally good people who loved and respected each other no matter what was happening to or around them. Once Upon a Time: This show is thoroughly mediocre, but the Snow/Charming and Emma/Killian romances satisfied every last wish of my romantic little heart. For example, some of my favorite romantic subplots: I want shows where two characters get together and their relationship is allowed to play out on screen in a relatively normal way. I have a huge soft spot for good love stories, but my problem with TV romances is that they always seem to follow the same annoying pattern: The characters do a will-they-won't-they thing for the whole show, dating other people, maybe doing an on-and-off thing, and in general just being commitment-phobic idiots before finally getting together at the very end of the story.
